Yes! We have partnered with GrabPayLater to offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay for your purchase in monthly installments or pay the following month, making it easier to maintain your skincare routine without upfront stress.

If your payment was unsuccessful, please check the following:

  • Ensure your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) are correct.

  • Check if your card is activated for online transactions.

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit limit.

  • If using GrabPay/GrabPayLater, ensure your account is active and has sufficient balance or credit limit. If the issue persists, please try a different payment method or contact your bank/payment provider.

To ensure your skincare reaches you safely and quickly, all orders are shipped exclusively via DHL eCommerce (managed by EasyParcel). We prioritize secure handling to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or Store Pick-Up services. BeautiMe is a proud Malaysian brand under Yap International Trading Sdn Bhd, operating as an online-first specialist. We focus on delivering our skin barrier solutions directly from our facility to your doorstep to maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards.

Once your order is processed, standard delivery via DHL usually takes:

  • West Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days.

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5 – 7 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

At the moment, we focus on shipping within Malaysia to ensure our local customers receive the freshest batch of our “Natural plants + Technology” formulations. Stay tuned to our social media for updates on international shipping!

If your parcel has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking status via the EasyParcel/DHL tracking number provided via WhatsApp. If you need further assistance, feel free to message us on our social media channels with your Order ID, and we will help you check the status with the courier.
