Return & Refund Policy
At BeautiMe, we are committed to delivering skincare products that restore and protect your skin barrier. We abide by the Consumer Protection Act 1999 to ensuring you receive goods that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and exactly as described.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days (or 14 days, depending on your preference) from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with the protective seal intact.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
Hygiene Exclusion: Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns for skincare products that have been opened or used, unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Defective or Damaged Items (CPA Compliance)
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the goods you received are:
Defective or damaged.
Not as described on our website.
Unfit for their intended purpose.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will bear the return shipping costs for these specific cases.
3. How to Initiate a Return
We handle all return requests personally to ensure the best service. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: You must message us directly through our official social media channels (Facebook or Instagram) or WhatsApp within the eligible timeframe.
Step 2: In your message, please provide:
Your Order Number.
A photo or video of the item (especially if damaged/defective).
The reason for the return.
Step 3: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.
Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Rejected: If the item is found to be opened, used, or damaged by the customer, a refund will not be granted, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Shipping Costs
Defective/Wrong Items: BeautiMe will cover the cost of return shipping.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (and the item is unopened/sealed), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or promotional sets are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
