Website – The web platform located at beautime.com.my, comprising the graphic elements, content, and software used to provide electronic services and facilitate the fulfillment of Orders.
Order – The selection of Goods prepared and submitted by the Orderer to BEAUTIME through the checkout application on the Website.
Orderer – A natural person with full legal capacity, a body corporate, or a legal entity engaging in the purchase of Goods. BEAUTIME reserves the right to cancel orders, deregister users, or refuse service if an Orderer is found to be acting outside of their legal capacity or permitted business scope.
User – Any natural person who accesses or makes use of the Website.
Goods – The functional skincare products presented by BEAUTIME on the Website for purchase.
Price – The gross price of the Goods inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but excluding Delivery Costs. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). While we strive for accuracy, the price confirmed at the final checkout stage is the binding price for the transaction.
Delivery Costs – The fees associated with the shipping of Goods to the Orderer. These costs are clearly displayed on the Website at the moment the Order is raised.
Account – The User’s individual profile created during registration, used to manage personal data and track Order history.
Login – The unique email address provided by the Orderer during the registration process to access their Account.

3. Order Validity and Fulfillment
BEAUTIME reserves the right to verify the validity of any Order. If an account or order is deemed to be in violation of these terms—including unauthorized commercial resale or fraudulent activity—BEAUTIME is entitled to cancel the order and restrict the User’s access to the Website.
4. Service Standards
As a brand committed to a “scientifically grounded and comforting repair journey,” we strive to ensure that all Goods described on the Website accurately reflect their clinical and botanical benefits. However, BEAUTIME reserves the right to update product formulations and packaging as part of our commitment to continuous scientific innovation.
